Thought of the Month
What a promise! The Lord Jesus spoke these words about those that trust and follow Him. He holds them with a grip that never fails. In a world of change and uncertainty - where jobs, health and relationships can be fragile - His hold remains. Eternal life is not something we can earn or maintain – it is a gift from God, to be taken by faith.
When we do so, we are safe in Christ’s hands. Those hands that were nailed to a cross in wonderful love for us to make the way for God to forgive our wrong and are strong to protect and guide us. No failure or fear can separate the Christian from His keeping power. Do you have that security? All who trust the Lord Jesus as Saviour can have this wonderful assurance that they are safe, now and for eternity.
